The Cipher Years (Age 11–18)
Spoken word and dance emerge as sacred languages.
Battling stereotypes, Sandra steps into her voice, leading cyphers, writing bars, and choreographing school shows with unapologetic flow.
Performance, Persistence & Pulse (19–27)
She performs across London — from local showcases to larger stages.
A magnetic force in dance, rhyme, and theatre, she becomes a bridge between underground culture and visionary expression. These years carry deep growth, heartbreaks, breakthroughs, and a gathering of creative kin.
Loss, Light & Kettorah’s Seed (28–32)
A multitude of deep personal loss sends shockwaves.
Through grief, a vision arrives...Kettorah. More than a name it’s a sanctuary for creative healing and encoded remembrance. Sandra commits to learning directing, sound editing, visual arts self-taught, self-ignited.
The Becoming Kettorah Studios (33–Now)
Kettorah Studios is born: a multidimensional space for world-building through movement, sound, story, and spirit.
Her first book is published. New choreography, workshops, and galactic visuals begin forming across mediums. She enters the director’s chair — not just of art, but of legacy.

Much like the guardians of Nu Oarren, Sandra has walked both the light and shadow of her own path...gathering art, words, and music as sacred scrolls. From the first sketches of Kettorah’s world to sharing its truth on stages and in song, her journey has been one of vision, courage, and cultural honour. Ahead lays her next chapter: expanding the Kettorah universe into film, community, and movement so that, as in the prophecy, heaviness opens to light, and stories carry hope across generations.
